Organizers estimate that 1,500 people enjoyed this year’s Clarksville Lake Country Wine Festival, held for the first time on the 58 Business Bridge over Buggs Island Lake. The festival began Saturday at noon and went off without a hitch as guests sampled wines from 16 of Virginia’s premier wineries, brews from four craft breweries, food and entertainment.
