The Easter Egg Hunt is intended for children 12 and under; admission is only $5 per person.

The Easter Bunny will be “hopping” in at the State Park and he has brought lots of goodies to share. The public is invited to join in on the fun, as the Historic Staunton River Foundation and the Staunton River Battlefield State Park host their eighth annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 23 from 1 – 3:30 p.m. Registration begins at 1 p.m., followed by an exciting Easter Egg Hunt from 1:15-1:45 p.m. with other activities such as visiting the Easter Bunny; Easter Fishing; Cake Walk; Pick-Up-Ducks, Petting Live Bunnies; and more will run from 2-3:30 p.m.

The children will be divided into groups according to their ages for the Easter Egg Hunt.

Children ages 10 and under need to be accompanied by an adult. Concessions will be available for purchase.
