R. Strasenburgh, C.L.S., dated April 10, 1947, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County, Virginia, in Plat Book 14, page 67 and 68. Tax Map Numbers: 168A00-03-0077, 168A00-03-086, 168A00-03-112and 168A00-03-114 Parcel Two:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land, lying and being situate about 3 miles south of Clarksville, Virginia, in Clarksville Magisterial District, Mecklenburg County, Virginia, being a part of the old Henry Yancey Property, containing 3.39 acres, more or less, as described on a plat prepared by R. Richard Quible, C.L.S. #757, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County, Virginia, in Deed Book 230, page 434.
