Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth White, of Alton, announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelsey Ann White, to Ruby Curtis Reagan, son of Ruby Ken Reagan of Cluster Springs and Jennifer Mitchell Reagan of Cluster Springs.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth L. White of South Boston, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hornick of Harrisburg, NC, Elizabeth Wallen of Halifax and the late George W. Dyer Jr. of South Boston. Kelsey is currently attending Bluefield College.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Mitchell of South Boston and the late Ruby and Henrietta Reagan of Cluster Springs. Curtis is employed at Shade Tree Auto and Advanced Auto.

The wedding will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 26, at 7 p.m. at Black Walnut Baptist Church, Alton. All family and friends are invited to attend.
