Meaghan Chey Moore, Charles Wayne Williamson to wed
SoVaNow.com / November 07, 2012Meaghan Chey Moore and Charles Wayne Williamson are to be united in holy matrimony on Nov. 17, at the Clarksville Regional Museum grounds with the Rev. Jim McAlister officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Luke and Rosemarie Moore of Clarksville and the granddaughter of Thomas and Roswitha Clark of North Adams, Mass. and Larry and Sharon Moore of Riverside, Wash.
The bridegroom is the son of Scott and Sandra Williamson of Nelson and the grandson of Sam and Aggie Caparatta of Clarksville and Ray and Gladys Williamson of Nelson.
The bride will be given in marriage by her father Luke Arlen Moore, who also produced the nuptial music for his eldest daughters’ ceremony.
The bridesmaids will be Samantha Long (cousin of the groom) of Oxford, N.C., Rochelle Marshall (close friend of the bride) of Portland, Ore., Karen Mattress (cousin of the bride) of Raleigh, N.C., and Katrina Williams (close friend of the bride) of Raleigh.
The floralmaid will be Tiffany Caparatta Williamson (cousin of the groom) escorting: Bronwyn Moore (sister of the bride) and Mackenzie Williamson (niece of the groom) as flower girls. The ring bearer will be Malachi Moore (brother of the bride).
The groomsmen will be Merkie Duckworth (cousin-in-law of the groom) of Oxford, James Gordon (cousin of the groom) of Chase City, Gabriel Moore (brother of the bride) of Clarksville, and Daniel Williamson (brother of the groom) of Nelson.
The couple will honeymoon in Christiansburg, and expect to enjoy the upcoming holidays as husband and wife in their new home in Nelson when they return.
The bride will graduate with her bachelor’s in Fashion Marketing and Management in 2013 while the groom enlists in the U.S. Navy, to commence in 2013.
