We are starting our AWANA program on Wednesday, September 4 with sessions each Wednesday from 6:30-8:15 p.m. with a light snack at 6:00 p.m. This year we are asking all parents to plan and stay for approximately 30 minutes at 6:30 p.m. when you bring your children the first night, September 4, for orientation. We will be discussing what AWANA teaches the children, rules and regulations, and other information that should make this upcoming year our best year yet! Our 2013-14 program will include learning Bible verses, listening to Bible stories, engaging in Bible studies and interacting with other students during game time, all of which earn AWANA BUCKS to spend in the AWANA Store for lots of nice goodies. Our session in the spring will again feature the AWANA GRAND PRIX Race, which always promises to be exciting. We invite all children ages 2-18 to come and join us for a fun and exciting year in AWANA. If you have questions, please call 434-349-6818 or 434-349-4200 for more information.
