Pastor Norman Talley led Sunday services at Union Christian Church; pianist was Lottie Sue Nunn; acolyte was Lesley Cole; special music by Blake Johnson; Bible study begins first Wednesday night in August at 7:00 p.m.; deacons meeting July 31 at 7:00 p.m.; women’s fellowship meeting Thursday at the home of Hannah Hite at 2:00 p.m.

Visiting Mason Pulliam during the week were Mrs. Pulliam, John Pulliam, Mrs. John Henry Smith, Mrs. Georgia Anderson, Mrs. James Smith and Miranda, Mrs. Ruby Wade, Joyce Graham.

Mrs. Ernest Smith and grandchildren were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Shotwell.

Visiting Mrs. Mary Murray during the week were Gene Murray, Mrs. Sue Wilkerson, Barbara Loftis, Rhonda Loftis, Mrs. Ernest Smith and grandchildren and Fannie Mae Tuck.

Sunday dinner guests of Fannie Mae Tuck were Pam Tuck, Mrs. Lindy Tuck, Mrs. Michael Conner and Maci.

Jason Murray, Mrs. Billy Murray, Terri and Tyra Murray visited Morine Rice during the week.

Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Smith, Mrs. Bonnie Williamson, Dorothy Hite, Homer McClure visited Catherine Smith.

Mrs. Mason Pulliam visited Mr. and Mrs. Casey Tuck, Amber and Dustin Thursday, Edith Atkins, Mr. and Mrs. Alvah Sydnor and Louis Morris during the week.

Visiting Hannah Hite during the week were Henry Murray, Mrs. Dave Jaloway, Tony Jaloway, Fannie Mae Tuck, Jimmy Sanford, Mary Holloway, Mrs. Mason Pulliam.
