Pastor Norman Talley had Sunday morning service and Lottie Nunn was pianist, special music by John Hancock. An appreciation lunch was served at noon for Pastor Talley and his family at Union Christian Church.

Members of the UBM met for their monthly meeting at Berry Hill Nursing Home Saturday and then visited Morine Rice and Virginia Morris. Members attending were Mike Glasscock, Ann Morris, Leslie Cole, Carolyn Pulliam and Brenda Glasscock.

Mrs. Wallace Nunn attended Easter Star meeting in Clarksville Thursday.

Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Nunn attended the dinner meeting for the retired employees of American Tobacco Company at Homestead, Roxboro, NC.

Those visiting Mason Pulliam were Mrs. Mason Pulliam, John Pulliam, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Glasscock, Mrs. Ann Morris, Leslie Cole, Mr. and Mrs. Casey Tuck and Dustin.

Miss Leslie Cole was here for the weekend with her grandmother, Mrs. Ann Morris and brother, Bradley.

Fannie Mae Tuck and Blanch Francisco were in Richmond Tuesday with Mrs. Mike Elliott for a doctor’s appointment.

Mrs. Catherine Smith visited Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Smith and Johnaton and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Conner.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Murray spent the weekend at their country home.

Visiting Mrs. Mary L. Murray during the week were Gene Murray, Chad Loftis, Mrs. Wayne Loftis, Mrs. Robin Woodford.

Sunday dinner guests of Fannie Mae Tuck were Mr. and Mrs. Lindy Tuck, Mrs. Michael Conner and Maci.

Visiting Hannah Hite during the week were Mrs. Sherri Whitlow, Henry Murray, Catherine Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Tony McGregor, Fannie Mae Tuck, Mrs. Jim Murray, Mrs. Dave Jaloway, Billy Wiles and brother.

Visiting Mr. and Mrs. John Fletcher were Mrs. Mike Glasscock, Mrs. Roger Chandler, Mr. and Mrs. Casey Tuck and Dustin, Mrs. Mason Pulliam and John Pulliam.

Kathy Keeton spent Thursday with her mother, Catherine Smith and other visitors were Mrs. Bonnie Williamson and John Henry Smith.
