Pastor Norman Talley delivered the Sunday sermon at Union Christian Church, Mrs. Lottie Nunn was pianist and special music was by Larry Hogan. The annual Memorial Day services will be at Virgilina Cemetery May 25 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Norman Talley as speaker and Brandi Talley will have special music. Our special prayers for all who are sick and shut-in.
Mrs. Casey Tuck was honored for her birthday with a luncheon at the Mexican restaurant in Roxboro on Thursday with those attending Casey Tuck, Dustin Tuck, Amber Tuck, Jeremy Saunders, Mrs. Mason Pulliam and John Pulliam.
Catherine Smith visited Mr. and Mrs. Tom Conner Monday.
Visiting Mrs. Mary L. Murray during the week were Gene Murray, Brenda Clay, Robin Waldorf, Fannie Mae Tuck, Chad Loftis.
