Pastor Norman Talley delivered the sermon at Union Christian Church Sunday; pianist was Pat Newton; acolyte was Alayna Newby; special music by Brandi Talley; the group attending Morton Manor during the week; women’s fellowship meets Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the home of Hannah Hite; special prayers for our sick and shut-ins.

Mrs. Wallace Nunn was hostess to the Virgilina Womans Club Tuesday in the fellowship hall at Union Christian Church.

Those attending the annual Wilson reunion Sunday at the home of Sammy Wilson and Fannie Mae Tuck were Mr. and Mrs. Lindy Tuck, Mr. and Mrs. Jarrad Tuck and children, Mrs. Pam Tuck, Randy Tuck, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Conner and Maci, Mr. and Mrs. Shane Tuck and children.

The Pulliam, Thomas and Smith reunion was held at Aarons Creek Community building Sunday with music by Phil Puryear, John Henry Smith, Lawrence Smith and Edward Holt and those attending were Catherine Smith, Bonnie Williamson, Peggy Smith, Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Smith, Nancy Pulliam, Ruby Wade, Georgia Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Puryear, Mrs. Mason Pulliam, John Pulliam, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Keeton, Mrs. Kathy Keeton and C.J., Mr. and Mrs. Amos Pulliam, Mrs. Robert Henry Smith and Betty from Red Bank.

Mrs. Wallace Nunn attended the DAR meeting at South Boston/Halifax Museum Thursday.

Visiting Mrs. Mary L. Murray during the week were Gene Murray, Mrs. Wayne Loftis, Barbara Loftis, Doyle Rice, Rhonda Loftis and Willie Shotwell.

Allen Rice, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Rice and C.J. spent several days visiting Morine Rice during the week returning home Sunday. Other visitors were Ann Seamons, Frank Seamons, Jimmy Newton, Joan Murray, Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Murray, Terri and Tyra, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Murray.

Mrs. Catherine Smith visited Mr. and Mrs. Tom Conner Tuesday.

Mrs. Mason Pulliam and John visited Louis Morris Thursday and Mr. and Mrs. Casey Tuck, Dustin and Amber Thursday night.

Visiting Hannah Hite during the week were Mrs. Dave Jaloway, Mrs. Fannie Mae Tuck, Mrs. Catherine Smith, Mrs. Mason Pulliam.

Mrs. Bonnie Williamson and Mrs. Peggy Smith visited Mrs. Catherine Smith Friday.

Visiting Mr. and Mrs. John Fletcher were Grace Hodges, Mr. and Mrs. Casey Tuck, Amber and Dustin, Jeremy Saunders, Mrs. Mike Glasscock, Mrs. Roger Chandler, Mrs. Mason Pulliam and John Pulliam.

Mrs. Edith Atkins was visited by Mrs. Mason Pulliam.

Mrs. Fannie Mae Tuck visited Mr. and Mrs. Jarrad Tuck and family Thursday.
