Supes delay action on Pegasus Tower

Supervisors Monday night once again delayed taking action on a request for a conditional use permit which would allow Pegasus Tower Company to construct a 195 foot telecommunications tower on the west side of Boyds Ferry Trail, some 500 feet north of its intersection with Stevens Road in ED7.

Charges filed in Halifax auto accident

On Friday, April 3, at 4:47 p.m. Officer S. M. Comer of the Halifax Police Department responded to the corner of L. P. Bailey Memorial Highway (Route 501) and North Main Street to investigate a two-vehicle collision.
