A second South Boston neighborhood was wracked by gunfire this weekend, with several houses and one vehicle struck by bullets, although no one was injured, police reported.

Big day arrives Saturday for graduates / May 16, 2018

Commencement ceremonies at Bluestone and Park View high schools will take place this Saturday.

Ceremonies for graduates of Bluestone High School begin at 9 a.m., with doors opening at 8 a.m. for parents and visitors. All guests of the graduates, including parents, must present a ticket to the ushers before entering the gym.

There are no tickets available at the door or the day of the event.

Bluestone High School is located at 6825 Skipwith Road, Skipwith.

Park View High School ceremonies will begin at 11 a.m. Visitors with disabilities will be allowed to enter the gym starting at 10 a.m., and the rest of the public will be seated starting at 10:15 a.m.

As space is limited, all guests must present a ticket to gain entrance to the ceremony, and there are no tickets available at the door of the day of the event.

Park View High School is located at 205 Park View Circle, South Hill.
