Habitat Pumpkin Patch opens today / October 08, 2012
The Habitat For Humanity’s Pumpkin Patch across from the high school did not open over the weekend due to a shipping delay, according to Executive Director Bob Hughes.

The 4,000-5,000 pumpkins are expected to arrive today between 2 and 3 p.m., and volunteers are needed.

All proceeds go to Habitat For Humanity, which works to combat deficient housing by helping people build their own homes and buy them at cost.
