Halifax County supervisors push back meeting to May 15 / April 30, 2020
With a light agenda to consider, the Halifax County Board of Supervisors is pushing back its regular monthly meeting, scheduled for Monday, May 4, to Friday, May 15.

The postponement coincides with plans already made by supervisors to hold a mid-month meeting. The May 15 date also allows supervisors to meet jointly with the Halifax County Industrial Development Authority in closed session.

The Friday, May 15 meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the joint session with the IDA, followed by the regular open session of the Board of Supervisors at approximately 10 a.m.

Members of both boards will have the opportunity for electronic participation or attendance in person.
