King Day banquet Monday

The Mecklenburg County NAACP will host the annual Freedom Fund/Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Banquet on Monday, Jan. 21 at 6 p.m. at VFW Post 7166, South Hill. The speaker is Bruce Robinson, a retired major general, author and local attorney.

Tickets are still available for $25 per person, ($10 children 17 and under).
