Local man arrested for role in prior Richmond incidents
SoVaNow.com / December 16, 2013A 38 year old South Boston man, Eric Lambert Tune, was arrested on Dec. 13 in connection with alleged crimes that took place earlier in Richmond.
Tune is being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail with no bond yet set. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to appear in court, forging and uttering checks, threatening illegal immoral acts over the telephone and the assault and battery of two persons.
He was also charged by South Boston Police Officer S. Song with assault and battery of a family member.
On Saturday, South Boston Police Officer T. W. Bush charged Tune with threatening illegal/ immoral acts over the telephone and causing telephone pagers to ring to annoy others.
In other reports, Officer Bush charged 40 year old Charles Edward Claiborne of South Boston with pointing or brandishing a firearm. Claiborne is being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail under a $3,000 secured bond.
Bush also charged 30 year old Derrick Lee Bowden of Nathalie with pointing or brandishing a firearm on Dec. 13. Bowden is being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail with no bond set.
South Boston Police Officer A. Davis arrested 33 year old Mark Anthony Adkins of South Boston on Dec. 14 and charged him with appearing in public in an intoxicated condition. He was held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail until he sobered up.
