A motorcycle operator was seriously injured and a passenger on the bike was killed in a crash near Clarksville early Sunday night.

The wreck happened Saturday, at 5:37 p.m. on Shiney Rock Road near Hill Top Road.

A 2011 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling south on Shiney Rock Road when it entered a curve, ran off the right side of the road and struck some debris. The motorcycle then overturned and ejected both occupants.
