Police make appeal for info in probe of Lunenburg murder / January 22, 2020

Virginia State Police has appealed for help from the public in the ongoing investigation of a homicide in Lunenburg County.

State Police investigators in Appomattox are working with the Lunenburg County Sheriff’s Office to determine a cause and motive in the death of Antonio D. Rich, 19 of Kenbridge. His body was found on Moores Ordinary Street in Kenbridge around 2:19 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15.

His remains were sent to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Richmond for an autopsy and positive identification.
