Santa making way to South Boston/Halifax libraries

Santa will be making two stops in Halifax County this Saturday, Dec. 21 as he makes his way north in preparation for Christmas.

His first stop will be at the South Boston Public Library at 509 Broad Street in downtown South Boston from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Santa will then continue his trek north with another stop at the Halifax Public Library at 117 South Main St in Halifax from 2 -3:30 p.m.

Children of all ages are encouraged to come get in any last minute Christmas wishes to Santa and parents are invited to bring their cameras to take pictures of their kids with Santa.

Santa’s visit is being sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Anyone with questions regarding his trip may call (434) 575-4228.
