South Boston Council meets tonight / August 10, 2020
South Boston Town Council will meet tonight at Council Chambers on Yancey Street for the group’s regular monthly meeting.

Among the items on the agenda are the 2019 South Boston Police Department annual report and recognition of retiring police Chief Jim Binner, an update on infrastructure costs at the Poplar Creek Homes Project, an action report on condemned unsafe structures and a discussion of CARES Act funding for pandemic relief.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Council Chambers on 502 Yancey Street and is open to the public.
