South Boston offices closed Friday and Monday for holidays

South Boston town offices will be closed on Friday, Jan. 18 for Lee-Jackson Day and again on Monday, Jan. 21 for Martin Luther King Day.

Curbside residential refuse collection scheduled for Friday, Jan. 18 will be collected on Wednesday, Jan. 16. Residential refuse collection for the remainder of the week will remain the same. All refuse must be placed at the curb before 7 a.m.

The commercial downtown refuse collection will be on Monday and Wednesday only of that week. Commercial downtown refuse collection scheduled for Friday, Jan. 18 will be collected on Wednesday, Jan. 16.
