The YMCA South Boston Halifax County has something for everyone:

» Group Exercise Classes

» Complimentary childcare while you work out

» Year-round swimming in our 25-meter, 6-lane indoor pool

» Water fitness classes

» State-of-the-art fitness equipment

» three free personal training sessions

» Family events and activities

» Racquetball

» Senior Programs

» Reduced fees on YMCA programs (i.e. swim lessons)



Saturday, Jan. 12 from 9 a.m.-noon YMCA South Boston Halifax County will be holding an open house.

Come dressed to participate in Group Exercise classes

Step from 9-9:25 a.m.

Balance and Flex from 9:30-9:55 a.m.

Group Cycle from 10-10:25 a.m.

HIIT from 10:30-10:55 a.m.

A second group Cycle from 11-11:30 a.m.

If you attend any 3 group exercise classes you will receive a free water bottle.

Stay and Play will be open for ages 6 months-12 years

Staff will be available for tours and to answer all questions about Membership, Aquatics, Family Programming, and Fitness. There will even be Health Screenings by Sentara

There’s no joining fee in January and your first week is free.
