Supporters of Traveling Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall need help obtaining photos
SoVaNow.com / March 21, 2013With the Traveling Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall headed to Halifax County in April, supporters are hoping to obtain pictures of the 14 local men whose names are listed on the memorial. The Memorial Wall will be at Halifax County High School’s Tuck Dillard Stadium from April 11-14.
The names of the following servicemen are are listed on the Memorial Wall. Supporters are attempting to obtain their pictures: Robert E. Carmichael, James W. Carr, Calvin Edmunds, Ronald Charles Edwards, Cecil Wayne Epps, Jimmy Anderson Ingram, Raymond Christopher Lawson, Clem Spencer Lowery, Jr., Harvey Ray Neal, James Edward Palmer, James Wallace Rudd, Henry Eugene Russell, Donald Wayne Tisdale and Charley A. Wilborn.
Anyone who might have a picture that can be scanned and returned to them is asked to contact Fay Satterfield at 572-9226.
