Suspect charged in Fas Mart break-in / July 09, 2020
Sherron Mosley, 44, of Wimouth Avenue in South Boston was arrested on July 4 for his alleged role in a break-in at the FasMart on Philpott Road. According to Sheriff Clark, deputies responded to an alarm at the Fas Mart in the early morning hours July 4. When the deputies arrived they discovered the business had been broken into.

A K-9 handler and K-9 were called to assist from Pittsylvania County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were able to track the subject to a nearby hotel and arrest Mosley without incident.

Mosley was transported to Blue Ridge Regional Jail in Halifax and charged with breaking and entering, petit larceny and property damage. He was held without bond. Deputy D. L. Clark was the arresting officer.
