Suspects sought in counterfeit scheme / March 21, 2013
South Boston police are searching for a pair of suspects who attempted to pass on counterfeit money at Walgreen’s this week.

Police received a report Monday of a man who entered the Walgreen’s store in Centerville around 1:09 p.m. and produced a counterfeit $100 bill. The suspect is described as a black male approximately 19-21 years old, weighing 150 pounds, 5’4” tall and wearing a grey hoodie, blue jeans and sneakers. According to the report by Cpl. M. Bowen, a second suspect remained outside in a vehicle, described as a red 1988 Buick. The police report indicates the suspect had multiple $100 bills in his wallet.
