Tickets go on sale for Lake Country Wine Fest / March 07, 2018
The Clarksville Lake Country Wine Festival is set for Saturday, April 14 from noon-5 p.m. with 17 Virginia wineries expected to take part. Also on tap will be a selection of craft beers by Clarksville’s very own Buggs Island Brewery, great food served by local Chamber eateries, hand-selected artisan vendors and specialty merchants. Live music will be provided by two groups, Jeff Bailey and Brian Parks and the Tobacco Road Band.

The 2018 festival will have an enhanced layout. The ‘T’ intersection of Second Street and Virginia Avenue are located to the main entrance of McDonalds. There will be a few vendors located in that ‘T’ Section and then proceeding with vendors on the bridge. Also, there will be more room in between each vendor so that people won’t have to crowd the walking lane, allowing wineries to serve from both sides of their tents. The organizers also plan to add more shaded areas.

About two dozen Slingshot cars are expected to be on display during the festival.

Tickets are available online at via PayPal or at the Chamber of Commerce office, Galleria on the Lake, Virginia Avenue Mall, Century 21 on the Lake and Cooper’s Landing Inn. Tickets in advance are $25, $30 at the gate, ticket includes a souvenir wine glass. For non-taster/DD tickets in advance are, $12, $15 at the gate.

All festival proceeds will benefit the Clarksville Lake Country Chamber of Commerce and will go towards future projects. For more information, contact the Chamber at or 800-557-5582.
