Moses Jabaari Hendren receives his HCHS diploma from Principal Michael Lewis during graduation ceremonies May 26. Hendren has been charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery, both misdemeanors, in a fight that broke out near the end of graduation. In addition, Hendren has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon, subsequent offense, and receipt of a stolen firearm, a felony offense.
UPDATE: South Boston Police say four people have been charged in the fight that broke out during the Halifax County High School graduation on May 26, including Moses Jabaari Hendren, who graduated that morning with the Class of 2018 at HCHS.
