Theresa Shanley - the woman who contacted police in San Francisco, Calif. after recognizing 12-year old Brittany Mae Smith and 32-year old Jeffrey Scott Easley from national media reports. Because of Shanley's call to police, Easley was arrested and Brittany is on her way back home to family in Virginia.
