The Southside Community Services Board has approved the construction of a new administrative building on a five-acre tract at the Lake Country Business Park in Clarksville, according to Interim Executive Director Sarah Chipps.

IDA moves forward on Riverstone sites

Plans for the development of six sites at Riverstone Technology Park were updated on Friday morning as the Halifax County IDA Board of Directors met with Robert Mitchell of Mitola, LLC. Mitchell advised IDA members that bids were going out for a complete design for lots 1, 7 and 8 to be pad ready for prospects with site ready plans also going out for lots 2,3 and 4.
