House bill would provide $750,000 for Washington Coleman project

The bill includes $750,000 for the Town of South Boston to build phases I and II of the Washington-Coleman Community Center. The project will convert the historic Washington-Coleman Elementary School into a new multi-use community center and education center for low to moderate income pre-kindergarten children in the Central Halifax County area.

A bit of good news for South Boston council
