The 2010 Sweetbay Review anthology is now available at An annual literary publication of the Writers Studio group in Halifax, it features authors from across the country with a connection to Virginia. (Sweetbay is a Southern name for the magnolia tree.) This is its fifth edition.

Southwestern Blue Ribbon Chili with Bill Hill took second and Team Wilson with Rhonda Wilson, third. Also competing were : Gilly’s Chili – Philip Gilreath; Mom and Company – Maureen Roberts; and Chili Willi – Alexander Watkins Jr..
