Carol Ann Sochalski

Carol Ann Sochalski, age 60 of Bracey, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018.

She is survived by her loving companion, James Schanewolf of the home; two sons, John Hoffman (Jessica) of Chesterfield and James "Jay" Schanewolf (Abby) of Bracey; two daughters, Lisa Rombach (Andrew) of Spokane, Wash., and Stephanie Schanewolf (Billy) of Bracey. Also surviving is a brother Stanley Sochalski of Pennsylvania, sisters Marie Day of Pennsylvania and Amy Aufschlag of New Jersey, and five grandchildren, Dylan, Marcus, Hailey, Mia, and Quinn.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Carol and Louis Sexton, granddaughter, Sophia and mother-in-law, Eleanor.

A celebration of life service will be conducted Sunday, Sept. 16, at 2 p.m. at Prospect United Methodist Church in Ebony.

The family received friends Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial considerations may be directed to Prospect United Methodist Church, P O Box 25, Ebony, VA 23845.
