Chawn Laree Cliborne-Bego

Chawn Laree Cliborne-Bego, 41, of South Boston, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018. She was born in Halifax County on Oct. 12, 1976, daughter of Suzanne Caudle Blanton and James Samuel Cliborne. She was married to Alexander Anthony Bego and was a member of First Baptist Church.

In addition to husband, she is survived by one son, Silas Blixa Bego of South Boston; her mother, Suzanne Caudle Blanton and husband Les of South Boston and her father, James Samuel Cliborne and wife Vicky of Halifax.

A funeral was held Saturday, April 14, at 2 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home with Laura Reitmeier and Jenny Witko officiating. Burial followed in Virgilina Cemetery.

The family received friends one hour prior to service and at the home of her mother, 112 Ratliff Drive, South Boston and her father, 4121 Oak Level Road, Halifax.
