Craig Thomas Sibley, 55, of South Boston, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2018. He was born in Halifax County on July 6, 1962, son of the late Henry Grady Sibley Jr. and the late Peggie Ford Sibley. He was married to the late Carolyn Anderson Sibley.

He attended Hargrave Military Academy and was a 1980 graduate of Halifax County High School. Craig also graduated from Danville Community College. He was employed for 22 years by Danville Utility Electric Power Division, where he was an electric sub-station superintendent.

Mr. Sibley is survived by one daughter, Courtney Ann Sibley Woicikowfski and husband Christian; his sons, James Ford Sibley, Neal Grady Sibley; special cousin, John Malcolm Sibley Jr. and wife Jane; family and friends.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, Feb, 8, at 5 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church with Rev. Don Bryant officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church.
