Dorothy Adams Fuller, 91, of South Boston died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011 at Halifax Regional Hospital. She was born in Pittsylvania County on July 13, 1919, a daughter of the late James Wayne Adams and Dorothy Evans Adams and was married to the late Rawley Harrison Fuller Sr. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and owned and operated DAF’s Ladies Apparel.

She is survived by two sons, Dr. Rawley Harrison Fuller III and wife Sandra of Burlington, N.C. and Wayne Adams Fuller and wife Janet of South Boston; seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Dr. J. Wayne Adams and wife Janet of South Boston. She was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Adams Bullock.

A funeral was held Wednesday at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Russell Lee officiating. Burial followed in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
