She is survived by a daughter, Lorene R. Fisher and husband Carl of Alton; two sons, Allen Reaves and wife Elsie of Alton, Jerry Reaves and wife Esther of South Boston; two sisters, Frances Thomas of Alton and Ella Green of South Boston; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Lowell Reaves, a grandson, Daniel Fisher, sister, Ardelia Vernon and brothers Willie Green, Lacy Green, Seddie Green Jr. and Harold Green. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 16 at 2:00 p.m. at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. John Flood officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Brooks Funeral Home. Memorials may be directed to Cedar Grove United Methodist Church, 3147 Cedar Grove Road, Alton, VA 24520. |
