Franklin “Rusty” James Stockholm Jr., 84, of Ringgold, died Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019 at his home. He was born in Albany, N.Y., on June 25, 1935, son of the late Franklin James Stockholm Sr. and Marjorie Weiler. He was married to Patricia “Tee” Snead Stockholm and was a member of the U.S. Army National Guard.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Stockholm is survived by one step-son, Mark Nevel and wife Fran of New Kent County; three step-grandchildren, Devin Smortho (Aaron), Amanda Nevel and Whitney Green (David); four step-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
