Franklin Roosevelt Fears

Franklin Roosevelt Fears, 70, passed away Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 at Community Memorial Healthcenter in South Hill.

Franklin was born Dec. 10, 1942 in Halifax County to the late Bennie Edgar and Rose Belle Jennings Fears. He spent the last few years of his life living at MeadowView Terrace, where he developed a deep and loving community of friends.

Franklin is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Clarence Baldwin of Midlothian; sister-in-law, Jean Fears of Lynchburg, niece, Debbie Colgate and her husband, Bill of Buffalo Junction, and nephews, Donald Lloyd of Keysville and Ben Fears of Lynchburg.

Memorial services for Mr. Fears will be held at a later date.
