Franklin Winn Buchanan
Franklin Winn Buchanan, 84, of Glen Allen, passed away May 28, 2010. He was the son of the late Charlie M. and Julia Whitt Buchanan.

Mr. Buchanan served in the U.S. Army and was retired from Philip Morris Tobacco Company after thirty-eight years of service.

He is survived by his wife, Tatiana; two grandchildren, Joshua and Nicole; three brothers, Burton Buchanan of Clarksville, Bill Buchanan of Cary, N.C. and Stuart Buchanan of Skipwith and one sister, Hilliard Powers of Midlothian.

He was pre-deceased by one brother, Charlie “Buck” Buchanan, and four sisters, Virginia dePass, Beulah Ellixson, Nellie Long and Ethel Ragland Mackey. A graveside service was held May 31 at Winn’s Baptist Church Cemetery in Glen Allen.
