Henrietta Dunn Webb, 80, of South Boston, died on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on May 25, 1941, daughter of the late Harry K. Dunn Sr. and Connie Irvin Dunn. She was married to the late Willie Lee Webb and was retired from the New York City school system and a member of Dan River Bethel Baptist Church.

Ms. Webb is survived by two daughters, Jeanine Dunn and Catherine Marable, both of South Boston; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Michael Dunn of High Point, N.C., and Daniel Dunn (Aida) of New York; one sister, Patricia Dunn of Alton; and a host of nieces, including Dyna Webb, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by two great-grandchildren, Jada and Gavin Harris, one sister, Christine Louise Dunn and one brother, Harry K. Dunn Jr.

A funeral will be held Saturday, Sept. 25, at 2 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Wilkerson, eulogist. Burial will follow at Dan River Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Public viewing will be Friday, Sept. 24 from noon-6 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home. Due to COVID -19 guidelines a face mask and social distancing will be required. Seating will be limited to 50 people at the service.
