Irma “Polly” Covington Bradley, 93, joined her husband, Daniel Watkins Bradley, in heaven on Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019. She was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Maude Cook Covington. She was a member of Second Baptist Church, of which she and her husband, Watkins, were founding members.

Mrs. Bradley is survived by her children, Edward Watkins Bradley and wife Cynthia and Deborah Bradley Reebals and husband Andy; grandchildren, Daniel Bradley and wife Tracey, Elizabeth Bradley Goldthwaite and husband Chad, Stacey Reebals Hooper and husband Jason; her sister, Darlene Covington Osborne; and her great-grandchildren, Austin, Taylor and Evan Goldthwaite, Ella and Avery Bradley and Lily Hooper, all of whom she adored.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Daniel Watkins Bradley and brothers, Thomas Earl and Clarence Covington, all of Halifax County.

A funeral was held Wednesday, Nov. 20 at Brooks Lyon Funeral Home The family received friends one hour prior to service and other times at the home of Andy and Deborah Reebals, 4634 White House Road, Alton.
