Jane Moseley Harris, widow of Hubert Bruce Harris Jr. passed away at Paul Spring Assisted Living in Alexandria on Sunday, April 20, 2014.

Mrs. Harris was born in Lawrenceville to the late Howell and Hattie Chaplin Moseley. She was a graduate of Longwood University and Medical College of Virginia where she received her degree in Medical Technology. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and a former member of the Chase City Fortnightly Club.

Mrs. Harris is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ann and Norman Eustis of Alexandria, and son, Bob Harris, of Clarksville. Her grandchildren, Robert and James Eustis of Alexandria and great grandson, Owen Leeds Eustis, also of Alexandria, also survive.

A graveside service was held Thursday, April 24 in Woodland Cemetery with the Rev. Marsha Davis officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations in Mrs. Harris’ name to Centenary United Methodist Church or the Chase City Volunteer Fire Department.
