Joanna Louise Hollars, 50, of South Boston, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020. She was born in Alamance County, N.C., April 6, 1970, daughter of Wanda Fay Harwood Hollars and the late Frank Hollars. She was a member of County Line Baptist Church.

Ms. Hollars is survived by her mother, Wanda Faye Harwood Hollars of Snow Camp, N.C.; two daughters, Christine Jones (Thomas) of Halifax and Melanie Conner (Greg) of Halifax; three grandchildren, Olivia Conner, Owen Conner and Ezekiel Jones; two sisters, Anna Allen of Snow Camp, N.C., and Diana Fogleman (Todd) of Snow Camp, N.C.; and her boyfriend, Glenn Paul Gerringer of South Boston.

She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Justin Jones.

Graveside services will be held Friday, Nov. 13, at 2 p.m. at Halifax Memorial Gardens with Rev. Kenny Dunn officiating.
