Justyce Nicole Reid, 18, of South Boston, died Friday, Sept. 4, 2020 at Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital She was born in Lynchburg on June 6, 2002, daughter of Jacqueline Hubbard and the late Anthony Louis Reid. She was a member of Deliverance Tabernacle of the Apostolic Church.

Ms. Reid is survived by her mother, Minister Jacqueline Reid; her grandparents, Robert Hubbard, Gary Stone (Shirley) and Annie Reid; great-grandparents, Robert Hubbard Sr. and Phyllis Hubbard; three aunts; godfather, Willie Miller; godbrother, Ramel Hill; and a host of great aunts, cousins, including the devoted Kayla Hubbard, other relatives and friends, including the devoted Darren Medley and Will Abdi.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Drequan Hubbard and grandparents Rebecca Stone and Arthur Reid.

A funeral was held Sunday, Sept. 13, at 10 a.m. at Constitution Square. Burial followed at Green Spring Baptist Church cemetery, Brookneal.

Public viewing was held Saturday, Sept. 12 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at Jeffress Funeral Home.
