Mildred Q. Petersen

Mildred Q. Petersen, 85, of Chase City, died June 26, 2013.

She was the widow of Claude A. Petersen Sr. and is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Debbie Petersen of Wake Forest, N.C., Claude, Jr. and Jane Petersen of Chase City, sisters, Ruby Willson of Ashland and Libby Keltner of Tappahannock, grandsons, Burch Petersen and wife, Virginia Gray, Damon Petersen and wife, Renee, Tara Petersen, great grandchildren, Haydon, Ethan and Ayra.

Graveside services were held Saturday at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Clyde Shelton officiating.

The family is receiving friends at the home of Claude and Jane Petersen.

Wood Funeral Service, Chase City, is serving the family.
