Pamela Owen Newcomb

Pamela Owen Newcomb, age 64, of Chase City, died Friday, Dec. 1, 2017. She was born July 25, 1953 in South Boston. She was lead teller at Benchmark Community Bank in Chase City.

Pam is survived by her mother, Joyce Phillips Owen of Chase City; husband, Scott Edward Newcomb; son; Brian Edward Joines and wife, Shannon of Creedmoor, N.C.; daughter, Karen Denise Newcomb and Anthony DeSantis of Chase City; grandchildren, Morgan, Ethan, Brady, Owen, and Tatum; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her Benchmark Community Bank family.

She was predeceased by her father, Victor Rudolph Owen.

A funeral was held Monday, Dec. 4 at Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home chapel with burial in the Newcomb Family Cemetery.

Visitation was held Sunday, Dec. 3, at Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home.
