Mrs. Pricce Ragsdale Lockett, 51, of Philadelphia, Pa., formerly of Halifax County, died April 24, 2010. She was born in Halifax County on March 2, 1959, a daughter of Thalia Mills Ragsdale and the late Harvey Ragsdale.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, James Lockett; one daughter, Toya Hogue of Danville; four sons, Kevin Hogue and Jamal Hogue of Danville, Andre Hogue of Maryland and Kentrall Hogue of Philadelphia; three sisters, Doris Ragsdale of South Boston, Nancy Ragsdale of Philadelphia, and Jannie Alice Mills of New York; six brothers, Harvey Lee Ragsdale, Lonnie Ragsdale, Henry Lee Ragsdale, Nathan Ragsdale, all of Philadelphia, Leon Ragsdale of South Boston, Michael Ragsdale of Newport News; one sister-in-law, Doshie Ragsdale; three aunts, Elizabeth Howerton, Catherine Ragsdale, Dorothy Ragsdale.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May at 1:00 p.m. at the Price Funeral Home, Philadelphia.
