Robert Alexander Peacock

Robert Alexander Peacock of Halifax died Friday, Dec. 15, 2017 at the Sentara Woodview. He was born June 26, 1937 in Trafford, Pa., and was 80 years old. He was the son of the late Alex Peacock and the late Helen Mae Pannebaker and was married to Bernadine Angela Mikan Peacock, who survives.

He was a former Jaycee, a lifetime member of the Sertoma Club and a member of the Blind Golfer’s Association. Mr. Peacock was a retired salesman and vice president of the Erie Malleable Iron Company. He was also a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity.

Mr. Peacock is survived by his wife, Bernadine Angela Mikan Peacock of Halifax, three daughters, Jennifer Peacock of St. Petersburg, Fla., Roberta “Bobbie” Peacock of Morehead City, N.C., and Melissa Peacock of Halifax, a son, Bruce Peacock and wife Crystal of Cadillac, Mich., a grandson, Alexander Peacock and a granddaughter, Kelsey Jordan.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Peacock.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
