Teresa Christine Comer, 54, of Vernon Hill, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021. She was born in Halifax County on November 22, 1965, daughter of Virginia Christine C. Beachy and husband Jim and the late Freeman Carry Comer. Teresa loved rock concerts, Bluegrass music, flat footing and her grandchildren.

Ms. Comer is survived by her mother, Virginia Christine C. Beachy and husband Jim of Mt. Laurel; her daughter, Kristen Comer and fiancé Steven Helton of South Boston; two grandchildren, Grayson Bowes of South Boston and Michael Comer of Mt. Laurel; her sister, Wendy Cole of Virgilina and friend, Travis Bowes of Keeling. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Comer and brother, Freeman Giles Comer.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
