Teresa Milam Barnett, 50, of Halifax County, died Thursday, April 1, 2021. She was born in Halifax County on July 23, 1970, daughter of Woodrow Milam and the late Daisy Conner. She was of the Baptist faith.

Ms. Barnett is survived by her children, Alex Barnett of South Boston and Anna Barnett of Sutherlin; two grandchildren, Conner Barnett and Karlie Barnett; her father, Woodrow Milam of South Boston; her brother, Tony Milam and wife Dawn of South Boston.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Daisy Conner and her brother, Steve Milam.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
